Was sent the wrong item and I was out of pocket paying postage to return the item they sent to me in error. They are not refunding my postage but will take the amount of if I order something else!!!Far from happy about this as this was their mistake!!!Not a way to run a business !!!
It took some weeks for me to receive my order which arrived short of 32 packs of wool. I have written to ask when these might arrive and am still waiting a reply.Please refer to the trade and good act re timely arrival of products. Please let me know when the rest of my order will arrive.
As the nights draw in and the weather gets cooler I decided I'd start rug making again. Currently doing a rug in raspberry and blue. I order the wool a bit at a time and it arrives a couple of days later. Excellent service, just wish the colour palette was a little clearer on my phone. 🤔🤓
