Never again. Expected better from this company!

I expected as this is a well known company that my experience with them would be good but, no!I wanted to order items from their sale but when I placed them in my basket they were still coming up as full price, so beware! I asked customer service to rectify this, which they said they had done. But when I went to place the order they were still coming up full price. They did eventually sort this. But, on receiving my order 2 of the items were missing, out of stock. I checked the website and they were still saying that they were available! One of the items had even over doubled in price! So, you have to check every price as you put it in your basked and then you can't guarantee getting the goods! Will never use them again.

Rubbish Don't Use

I ordered a book on 02/10/19 and paid immediately with PayPal, on 11/10/19 got an email saying book out of stock payment to be refunded.As I was unable to contact Readicut I put in a non received claim to PayPal for a refund, I defiantly wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Poor choice of courier, ordering experience needs better design

Most of the issues with my experience were caused by their choice of Yodel as the courier. Their customer service is okay insofar as they respond relatively promptly and do attempt to help, but they need to give tracking details in the shipping notification, or at least provide them on request.

Appalling service Avoid !!!!

Appalling service. Sent a £10 voucher for reregistering on the website. Spent it on the site 2 weeks ago but still no goods. I telephoned last Friday and was told it would be sent that day 5 days later still nothing.I’m asking PayPal to refund my postage fees and have unregistered from the site.Totally unacceptable and I will shop elsewhere where my custom will be appreciated

Still waiting for my goods

Still waiting for my goods. Have emailed and got no reply. Will not be using them again. Disgusting service. Cannot even get into my account it asks one to generate new password but site does not come up.

So disappointed in Readicut!

So disappointing that such a longstanding company with a good name have such an appalling website in the UK! I placed my order on Nov 13th 2017. I waited and waited....around Nov 30th, I emailed them. No reply. Here comes December...still no parcel!! I email again...no reply! Finally, Dec 2nd, almost 3 weeks after ordering, I receive my parcel! It wasn’t a huge order - no yarn, no complications, just a few patterns! Why the delay? And why not reply to emails?! The patterns were also cheap copies, not original leaflets - the sort of thing you’d expect from an amateur ebayer, not a company with Readicut’s reputation!Never again.
