Review Time
Although I’ve been happy in the past, the last 2 mystery boxes have gone downhill in quality. Still value for money but the yarn is pretty awful and an unfamiliar brand where the 1st mystery box I received a whole load of Caron yarns which were mostly lovely. I understand that’s the risk of a mystery box but I’m still disappointed. Also, I paid a fiver for delivery then had to email them after a week to see why my order wasn’t even dispatched yet. No response to my email but I then received notification that it had been dispatched. Quality used to be better and service used to be better. Looks like it’s time for a change unless they offer Caron yarns again.
I have had 4 large rugs from you via France for 1son & 2 Gsons & wedding presi for G Daughter & also a blank Latch hook canvas which I cut in half thats been done for 21st birthday of Gson & now almost finished 1 for 18th birthday for another Gson! What will I do when all finished-----??order another one to keep me occupied in my OLD AGE for 2nd son!!! Many thanks
Unfortunately I am having a really poor experience with Readicut and can only recommend to others to avoid them like the plague! I ordered yarn in a cream colour but it seems they were sold out and instead, the order updated to a colour, which I cannot use. Upon trying to reach out to them to either replace the yarn or refund it, in spite of chasing, I am met with a wall of silence and I would urge everyone to avoid these guys!
