After being turn down by multiple mortgage lenders due to our visa status, we had almost lost hope of owning a home while paying high rent. We discovered Rebus Finance online and, despite our doubts, decided to apply. From the very first call, Neezam Romjon listened patiently and resolved our concerns step by step. We created our account on 10 Sept 2025 with REBUS, received Approval in Principle on 18 Sept 2025, full mortgage approval on 14 Oct 2025, got the keys on 11 Dec 2025, and moved into our own home on 18 Dec 2025, just in time for Christmas, exactly as promised.A special thanks to Neezam Romjon, Hasan Hanif, Bina Gohil and Jo Ellis for their exceptional support throughout the mortgage journey. We was first time buyers and the whole experience can feel overwhelming, we were with other mortgage brokers at first and we had to leave them and felt lost. We tried 5 other companies and we had a bad experience with all other 5 companies. My friend from work recently purchased a house and recommended highly recommended Rebus as they went through them.We had an appointment with Neezam Romjon and he was informative, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease and that we could ask any questions. Neezam spent a long time searching for the best deals for us and broke down all the costs with income protection, life insurance and will costs. The information given to us was clear and precise with no pressure to go any route but advised the best possible way for our family. Neezam also got us a really good deal with solicitors and we had a outstanding experience with Greystone.During the whole process Jo Ellis communicated with us at every single point, I have never been so reassured, supported and had confidence in a service like I have Rebus. Jo was providing us updates on the progress throughout our journey. Jo would call us and give us updates and reassure us everything is progressing well and if anything needed chasing up Jo would do this then provide us an update.I cannot thank Jo and Neezam enough, I cannot recommend Rebus highly enough. If there is anything more than 5 stars il definitely give it to the Rebus Team .We taught hope was lost on securing our own property being on a Skilled worker visa and partner on zero hours contract, we tried all sorts of mortgage brokers and met with disappointment until We met the Rebus team.They assured us that we will get our Mortage and we should trust the process…Guess what guys ! 3 months down the line , we are in our home that we taught wont be possible.I want to really appreciate Nezeem and Jo for their listening hears and prompt responses to everything, our heart is full of joy and we are grateful for making our dream become a reality 🥰🥰🥰🥰From Adetoke and Christopher

They were very informative from the very first call, highly knowledgeable and helped with each step of quite a complex mortgage and time scale.
