Lee and Jo provided me with a first class re-mortgage service. They kept me regularly updated on all steps in the process and found me a great mortgage that ensured I was able to repay my help to buy equity loan and release funds to utilise towards home improvements! My repayments are less than what they would have been if I had stayed with my previous lender (and also less than other brokers had found). Icing on the cake was the cash back that came with my new mortgage due to my home being energy efficient. I would not have been able to navigate this process (which seems incredibly tricky when you throw help to buy into the mix) without Rebus - Lee and Jo are amazing.
