Worst Pathology lab . Kept me on 12 hours fasting from 8.00 pm to 8.00 am . Their blood collection was scheduled from 8.00am to 9.00am but They didn’t turned up Then they call at 9.50am that they are coming 14 hours fasting , pathetic. I am diabetic , my glucose levels could have gone down
Very poor service by Redcliffe Labs. I booked a blood test online and was told to continue my previous package. I trusted them and booked without rechecking, but when the reports came, several tests were missing. Instead of taking responsibility, their team blamed me for not checking the package details. A customer cannot remember test lists every time. Highly disappointing experience and unprofessional support.
Pathetic pre collection service. They are clueless and no system followed. Wanted to take my insurance scheduled test with them howeverthere was no intimation nor calls as in when the test is scheduled. But when I opted for a direct visit request, got many calls and trying to help out.
Pathetic lab. Inexperienced phlebotomists. They don't give the reports on time and when you request expediting the reports, they will give you inaccurate reports doing guesswork after asking the clinical history of the patient. They have no business knowing the clinical history of the patient. But they didn't actually perform the tests accurately in time, so they force the patients to reveal the clinical history so their unqualified pathologists can concoct an inaccurate report based on guesswork and not on actual blood parameters.
