Zero star. Pathetic service. They are just playing with the patients. I booked tests for my father on 8th June and was about to get the report Max within 48 hours. They just provided with partial report and hold result of one test (Dengue) even after 48 hours. Now just think criticality of my situation, if at all my father is suffering from Dengue, his samples were collected on 8th June and today till the time I have not received the report, now in these 3 days times what would be his health? Very inhuman, poor communication and totally un-empathic service. I have decided to totally boycott RedCliff Labs.
Our organization has booked corporate booking from this lab and they have addressed the wrong information of the person on the report . & changed it after chasing the whole day with them, in second incidence the person was supposed to collect the Blood sample in between 6 to 7 am. however he did not pickup the sample and informed the customer that ,since you have not picked up the call I am not able to collect your sample. on the other side customer is not having any missed calls in her phone Even if the situation would have been correct, its the responsibility of the collection person to inform them through the security this has shown the extreme irresponsible behavior and will not recommend this Lab to any one. & they need to understand that giving discount without service will not give them business!!!
30 mins before I put my details for appointment and after 10 to 15 mins I received a call and one agent name ayush gupta. After briefing about the package I asked for the price and he told me that the normal body checkup price is 8000 but our special offer is ongoing now so you will get 70% off so your final price is 1799. I just ask him why you people written price of rs 399 so he asked me that that was for child and the behavior is too rude. I am from a customer service industry but seriously his behavior is unacceptable as well as @redcliffelabs is fraud. Requested to every people don't reach again to this site.
well, its pretty clear any 5* review here is most probably a fake review. they are the worst lab you could go for. They claim lowest prices which is not worth as the reports take a long time. In my case the sample was taken 3 days back and the reports were not given . All they said that they process samples thrice, which is utter bull....it. and told that they need a re-sampling. Finally we filed for a refund and they said we will get a link to refund, which has not come. fraudsters they are, avoid anything with them
Worst experience from your call centre I am going to share my experience all the place possible. You guys are trying to cheat people my hiring marketing agents and trying to sell check up packages. Instead of hearing to what the customer wants. Call time 8.30 at 19 Jan 2024.The agent is trying to explain the importance of health check up and trying to mimic as if he is a doctor. Very bad to see business motive in health matters, very much disappointed.
I don't feel safe after sample collection, the guy didn't wear any glove, didn't sanitize the area to collect sample, nor I am trusting if the needle was unused.Didn't know how to put bandaid properly.Not sure if the sample was stored properly.I have given sample through Apollo and 1mg, I felt safe.I was trying to save few bucks, which is making me anxious now. Please don't try saving money and go for reliable companies.Booking ID 6547441
