Very bad supportcenter. Asking a question through whatsapp. Automated response: it will take 15 minutes to reply. After 3 HOURS no reply. So I call to ask when I get a reply. Than they disconnected me…I wunder how the rest of this organisation works, but not for me.
I'm Shivangi Kumari. My booking ID is 15479638. I have been a regular customer of Redcliffe lab. But this time they proved they are a fraud. I'm allergic to a lot of things such as all types of dust and dust mites. However, their report shows negative. Out of 240 parameters, not even one parameter is positive. I'm a patient of allergic rhinitis. I need refund because what they have reflected in the report is a joke.
I am so proud to Redcliffe guys that they corrected my weight in my report. Actually when I saw my report there all are good but one correction in my weight. I told to redcliffe guys for correction. Within a minute they corrected that and send me a correct updated report for me.Thanks to member of Redcliffe
1. When the sample collector opened his bag, I saw many blue gloves lying loose and there were many test tubes also with it.2. He collected my sample without wearing the gloves. When I questioned him he said the gloves were of smaller size.3. The urine collection container also was lying in the mess in his bag. It was not even in a sealed bag. How can you ensure that the container was sterile?3. MOST IMPORTANT: I AM A FEMALE BUT THE REPORT SHOWS MR.... AND THE REPOT READING IS SHOWN FOR MALE READINGS. THE READING MAY BE SHOWN AS NORMAL BOCZ ITS IN THE GIVEN RANGE FOR MALES, BUT MAY BE NOT NORMAL FROM FEMALE RANGE REF.HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER THIS REPORT IS CORRECT OR NOT.PL CHECK MY REPORT AND SEND ME THE CORRECT ONE.ONE THING FOR SURE IS I AM NOT GOING FOR REDCLIFFE LABS AGAIN.I ONCE HAD OPTED FOR METROPOLIS AND I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED BY THE CLEANLINESS OF THE SAMPLE COLLECTOR, SO ORGANISED AND SYSTEMATIC. EVEN THE URINE CONTAINER WAS IN A SEALED PLASTIC BAG. I ONLY WENT FOT REDCLIFFE BCOZ COST WISE IT WAS A BIT REASONABLE. BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED AT ALL... IN YOUR CASE YOU HAVE CHANGED THE GENDER OF THE PATIENT. SO PATHETIC.
