Redding Medical is where I go first when I need supplies. This was my second stethoscope order from them. The prices are the best, the turnaround time for engraving is amazing, arrival time is super fast. I will always use Redding Medical as my goto when I need to order something.
I paid for two day shipping and was very upset when I did not receive my stethoscope on the scheduled time as i really needed it for school. Although I was frustrated, a woman named Janet went above and beyond to make sure another stethoscope was sent out to me. I am disappointed that my initial stethoscope was lost but I must admit the customer service was amazing and for that I am thankful. My new stethoscope is on its way! ☺️ I’ve been tracking via fed ex. I only gave 3 stars because of my initial troubles but the customer service deserves 5++++... thank you Janet! I can’t wait to use my littmann!
I ordered a graduation gift at the very last minute and it was delivered the next day, as promised. The engraving on the stethoscope was beautiful and perfect. A customer service agent called me within one hour of my order to inform me that the color of the BP cuff I ordered was out of stock and I was able to choose another color. The items were all packed safely and securely. Perfect gifts for my new daughter RN!! I will definitely be ordering from Redding again! TIP: if you are getting a stethoscope as a gift, get it from Redding and GET IT ENGRAVED WITH THE NAME OF THE RECIPIENT! I'm also a nurse and believe me, stethoscopes GET STOLEN in the hospital so it helps to have your name engraved on it.
