Worst experience ever. The stethoscope had a problem. I called redding medical they told me to call Littmann. Littmann offered to fix it under warranty but I have to pay for shipping both ways. I called redding again spoke with the manager Matt he got back with towards the end of the day telling that Littmann will fix it and pay for the shipping. Two days later I haven’t heard from Littmann so I called redding again and he gave a contact name Sandra Velte at Littmann. I called her, however she wasn’t available and never called me back. Here I am almost a week without a working stethoscope. Definitely, I will never deal with such worthless company like Redding medical again.
