Just waited for over 2hrs to speak to someone, in the end I had to cut off the call, went from 6no in the que to no 1, stayed there for over an hour, what kind of problem can someone have if it takes an hour to talk through, not the best experience & still the issue exists.
We attended a training day at the facility, and I was initially unsure about its value. However, it turned out to be invaluable. Three of us attended, and we all found it extremely beneficial. Considerable effort was made to organize the day, including a nice tour and a presentation prior to the training. The session was relaxed yet thorough, allowing us to explore topics in depth. Every question was answered, and the team was very accommodating. The training space clearly showed a lot of planning. I feel confident that our electric vehicle support needs are well taken care of by the company. The staff were friendly, and the positive atmosphere was clear. Plus, the large T-shirt fit perfectly; I didn’t need the extra large after all! Since returning, we have integrated all the EV chargers into the app, tested one of the units, and ordered the plug-in test module. We now have the knowledge to keep our site operational.
