I read the returns policy for international orders that stated shipping costs were the responsibility of the purchaser, but a full refund would be accepted if the boots were in the same condition they arrived in. I placed an order from Canada, but when the boots arrived they did not fit me properly. I contacted about return instructions, and the service agent stated that they accept ZERO returns or exchanges for international purchases. I responded to their message by stating that their online policy was a misrepresentation and again, requested a full refund or exchange. I have not received a response and will be pursuing action through my Visa carrier.

They said that my order was delivered but it never came. There customer service line hangs up on you. Use PayPal if you must buy from them so then you can submit a claim and get a refund because they sure as hell won’t give you your order
HORRIBLE customer service! When I tried to return my boots because they were too small, I contacted customer service through their email, since that is the ONLY option available. They have no online support and no phone number to call. I received a generic reply with a special return link. When I used the link and tried to purchase the return label ($15), nothing happened. I tried multiple times and still nothing. I emailed them again, and guess what? I received the exact same generic reply with the special return link! I emailed them 3 more times each time with a different message telling them the link doesn't work and I need help, but still kept getting the same generic answer from them. What a rip-off!!!
I purchased boots on 7/21, received them 7/27, and followed all return instructions immediately. After multiple emails and delays, I returned the boots in perfect condition (delivered back to them on 9/1). On 9/19, the company confirmed they had received my return in good condition and promised my refund within 2–3 business days.It is now October, and I STILL have not received my refund. Instead, I keep getting the same recycled message that the warehouse “needs 10 days to check,” despite already confirming the boots were fine. They deducted $13 from my return for the label, kept my boots, and kept my money. This is unacceptable and feels like theft. I will never purchase from them again and will escalate this to consumer protection agencies.
Edit: not q scam, just horrible customer service with fake tracking numbers. Some random man in a personal vehicle pulled into my driveway with the package. After, i received an email from "uniexpress." I will never order here again but it is a real website. 90% positive this is a scam. Bought $90 boots, received an email full of typos and an invalid "USPS" tracking number. Emailed thinking there may be a typo and the company refuses to send an updated number and instead says to "be patient" and has not responded since i stated i will be disputing the charge as fraudulent. Disputing with my bank as soon as the delivery window closes.
