Life insurance company lies and getting ripped off.

In 2020, at the age of 61, Regency sold me a 15-year life insurance policy. I just turned 66 and they have dropped me, literally stealing more than US$ 6000. Scammers!

Regency, easy to deal with

Very easy to communicate with and set up the policy, with a great team. I hope if a claim is needed the service will be the same, but at this time I do feel positive that it will be.

Everything possible can go wrong

Everything possible can go wrong. My husband was admitted to Emergency due to a severe bladder infection. Cost won't be reimbursed as it could be linked to a pre existing condition of the prostate. No where does it state emergency admission will not cover pre existing conditions. Also they are very quick in deducting the monthly fees. It is lways someone else replying to mails , one never has just one person handling your case. Just a moneymaking medical aid, the patients needs and support is not priority, unless you are willing to pay a fortune for cover you will get the VIP treatment.
