Unexpected flowers in the bouquet but fast delivery and helpful assistance

The flowers that were added to the bigger bouquet were totally not the ones I expected and color that didn't match the rest. But the delivery was fast and the person was happy. So thank you for your job.

Good in terms of bouquet, not in terms of acuracy in delivery.

I placed my order on sunday May 11th, with a requested delivery on Tuesday 13th. Unfortunately they were delivered on Wednesday 14th, by IKEBANA, without any warning, notice or excuses.
Being for a special occasion, this was not the way I planned my flowers to be delivered.

Good quality - on time delivery!

I' ve used this service now a couple of time and they never disappoint me. The flowers are always beautiful and from good quality and they deliver as requested. Only thing I miss in their service is a delivery confirmation.
