The bouquet I ordered as a token of gratitude for everything she 's doing for me for free: I am wheelchair bound due to a braintumor & Parkinsons Disease. After all she's 86 years now and her energy is slowly waning.

I confess this so called "secret" simply to underscore the high standard quality of the service I experienced!

Flowers were beautiful, too bad the florist forgot and delivered them a day late.

Second time I have ordered using this site. This time no flowers appeared on the day promised, for the first time in 27 years our anniversary passed without flowers. When I called to find out what happened and complain, the customer service was very helpful and immediately contacted the florist, who apparently "just forgot". Flowers were delivered the next day with a note of apology. I would have expected a refund or discount. Flowers were beautiful when they arrived.

Very trustworthy

I wanted to surprise a dear friend in Belgium with flowers and i found that Regiobloemist is the best way to do these kind of surprises. They answered all my questions very quickly and with no reservations. All went well and my friend loved the flowers, very well arranged. i will most certainly use their services again in the future.

Apart from one mistake they made (delivery guy just left the flowers at the door while receiver wasn't home) I have use this service often without any problems.
