Very helpful!

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law's birthday (Thursday) they had not arrived by late afternoon. I spoke to the helpdesk - they checked with the florist and then let me know when they would be delivered. Unfortunately she had to go out before they were delivered.
It would have been good to have a confirmation of delivery as the following day it seemed the flowers had not arrived. I spoke again to the helpdesk who again contacted the florist and told me where the flowers had been left. It was such a safe place that my daughter in law had missed them!
The flowers were safe and we were very pleased with the bouquet.
I had an email after the weekend to check if the flowers had been found.
I was impressed with the help given and the concern - I would definitely use Regiobloemist again

Just easy!

So easy to sent flowers and not even having to get out of your house!
Great choice and good to know that you can find a florist close to the address you want to sent flowers to.

Easy way to order flowers!

Nice way to order flowers. Too bad I didn't recieve a mail to confirm my flowers had actually arrived!

Delivery two days delayed-flowers completely different than what i ordered

See title. When i contacted their costumer care they were very defensive.
No apology whatsover. Nice flowers, but not what i ordered or when i ordered it.
