Very good service and the flowers last very long.

I always send flowers to my mum via Regiobloemist and she is always very happy with them. I have used them a few times now, it is easy to order, and a lot cheaper than other companies. The flowers are dispatched from a local florist (My mum knows the florist very well and uses them during the year) so the flowers don't have far to travel and it is good for the local economy.

Smooth request and delivery

Elaborate selection of flowers, no need to select and go looking for a florist who will deliver on the requested location and delivery was on time and without any trouble.

Just a pitty that there is no feedback about the delivery

There is some sort of a guarantee, but you have to trust them. I have sent an email to request feedback about delivery and got a response after a week.

The flowers I ordered were delivered quickly, just as I wanted. I didn't see them myself to judge the quality, but the recipients seemed pleased with them.

Excellent service- heel goede service.

We have used this service and the same florist twice now, once for a birthday bouquet and another time for an graduation.
Even though we have not seem the bouquets, we were told that the flower were beautiful.
Will definitely use it again.

We hebben deze dienst nu reeds 2 maal gebruikt, eenmaal voor een verjaardags boeket en andere voor een gediplomeerde persoon.
Alhoewel we de boekets niet gezien hebben, hebben we wel gehoord dat de bloemen mooi waren.
We gebruiken deze dienst zeker nog.

Delivered a day to early

I ordered flowers for my mums birthday online.
On the form I wrote the exact date and time, but 1 day before her birthday I was surprised to get a call from my mum saying thank you for the flowers!
I understand if the times are not always correct due to traffic etc,.. But dates????

Even my name was spelled wrong!!

I ordered flowers for my daughter in Brussels, for a specific occasion, and I received an e-mail in Flemish which I did not understand. The flowers were delivered later than when requested because the ones I ordered were not available. This was disappointing and if the e-mail had been in English I could have made alternative arrangements. I chose the option to use English when I ordered the flowers, so it must have been obvious that I was an English speaker
