good service, nice flowers, too expensive

The flowers were nice and my mother who received them was very happy.

The price however was really exaggerated for a simple, but nice bouquet

MY COMPLEMENTS

I WAS NOT SURE THAT THE FLOWERS REALY CAME ON THE RIGHT DELAVERY-ADRES. BUT WHEN I RANG THEY TOLD ME THAT THE FLOWERS HAD ARRIVED. COOL. AND I KNOW, IF I NEED TO, I WILL ORDER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Personal service -> outstanding !

Apparently I wrote the wrong housenumber down and the person who delivered the flowers, went searching for the right number.
This is personal service and it is excellent.
Also, the order was put on Wednesday 1PM and the delivery was the next day in the morning -> Perfect.

Regiobloemist made my day!

Regiobloemist helped me out excellent by suprising my girlfriend on her first day of work after parental leave.
They chose the flower shop closest to her work with the result that the flowers were delivered on the day I wanted.
The flowers are very beautiful!

Smooth ordering process

Everything went well, from choosing the flowers to check-out and (apparently also delivery). Should I ever need to send flowers in Belgium I will definitely choose Regiobloemist België again.

Would not order again through Regiobloemist !

I ordered well in advance flowers for the Birthday of my mother in law... on the day of her Birthday (I had to ask her to stay at home) at 14h there was still no sign of the flowers .. I checked the website and although it says to sent an e-mail because majority is replied in 30min I still have no answer on my mail sent .. I tried to call the desk at 16h .. still no flowers .. the person contacted the local shop and told me the flowers would be delivered at 18h30 .. I told her that I had to request my mother in law to stay at home for a whole day..this is no service .. and when did the flowers got delivered : past 19h !!! the lady told my mother in law that it was on her way home and so she dropped the flowers only then.. is that why you pay additional € 10 for delivery????? also .. the roses in the boucquet only lasted for 2 days.. it is the first time that I had such a bad service ordering flowers online!!

Perfect! But Risky!!!!

I ordered, and order was fulfilled! Florist was out of roses I guess the day the order had to be fulfilled, so they brought part of the bouquet first day. The second day the rest part appeared, but they didn't mention that to the recipient, thereby made her happy twice! Each part was like separate bouquet!! And as per Regiobloemist customer service - they were so kind to find out, to clarify with the florist whether the order was delivered or not and informed me back!! That was really nice, because I live 10 000 km away from Belgium and do not speak neither Flemish nor French, German, which makes almost impossible my own communication with the florist! So - PERFECT!
The most risky is the florist ......! And delivery confirmation I wish be the part of service!
P.s. first time I requested customer service to clarify the delivery status I was told that they do not provide such information. I wrote an other letter on the same e-mail and got quite opposite reply from other lady which was very eager to help and helped me out! So, folks, try, try, try!!!

Florist wasn't the best

The service of Regiobloemist is impeccable (website, payment, options,...) but the florist delivering the flowers didn't do a great job.

Flowers were already a bit too far, meaning that they only lasted three days. There was no little bag with food for I'm the water.

Really disappointed in the flowers if you see what it costed.
