Service was great! This product saved me! I developed a hip joint issue that prevented me from enjoying outings with my husband and my daily walks. This company has so many paid talk show sponsors that have a 100% success. Yet on this website users give it 2.1 with 1.0 the minimum rating available. So only 1in 5 actual customers it worked for and 5 of 5 talk show hosts. I personally found it ineffective, expensive and the customer service was terrible if it doesn’t work for you. I guess if it worked for you customer service would be fine, but that’s only a 1 in 5 probability pretty low odds for a very expensive product
