I have to say that it works. When I go off of it, I have pain around my shoulders and neck. An achy pain but when I take it, it relieves it. I do yoga every day - am fit and have always been into exercise. Doing everything but this does help. Cannot dispute that.
While the 3 week trial back did relieve some pain...I signed up for the $79.95 subscription. I got billed $93.95. Some asshat named Felix said the extra money was for shipping and handling. Well screw that!! It is NOT worth that much money for herbs. I already take fish oil and turmeric so I'll just purchase the other herbs from the drug store. WHAT A RIPOFF!! Customer service sucks so I'm done!!!
This product is sold to a higher percentage of the elderly. My Step Father was caring for my dying Mother and then she passed and he had a life threatening event. There were a four months worth of unopened and unexpired Relief Factors that now no one could take. I sent them back per the instructions of their recording for a refund. They only refunded ONE of the unopened/unexpired packages. I called and told them " How is it you sell mainly to the elderly and you expect them to jump through these hoops to meet your 90 day cut off for refunds. You are able to resell those packages and my Dad now is out three hundred bucks...plus all of his medical fees. " She was polite and said she'd alert them of this. What a racket!
We bought into the trial offer and then decided to cancel before we got charged $91.68 for the next month's supply.Although we were 1 day after the deadline to cancel, we did receive a Notice that our order had been cancelled. Two days later we received a notice that our next month's order had been shipped. Sure enough our bank account had been dinged for the monthly renewal fee. How could they say it's cancelled and then go ahead and ship it two days later???After a back and forth on the email to customer service we were instructed that when the order arrived to simply write on the package Refused and drop it off at the Post Office. It came and we followed the return instructions the same day and then waited and waited and waited for our refund that never came. Finally we get someone on the Customer Support line and they tell us that our refund will be less the return shipping costs. So we get punished financially for their error in not actually cancelling the order as their email to us had stated they had.
In good faith my husband tried it for the introductory 3 weeks for $26.90. Before we could cancel because it DID NOT HELP AT ALL!!! They sent us the next months supply charging us $86.90. We mailed the product back unopened. However, they refunded us $79.95. $6.95 less for shipping. In our opinion this was unethical. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and every penny is important.
