While I love their spokespersons (Larry Elder, Pat Boone, Joe Piscopo) Relief Factor made my pain significantly worse. Before I completed the trial, the company prematurely auto shipped the second 30-day supply and billed my credit card $79.95 plus shipping. Their rude customer service department first refused to accept my return caused by their mistake. But when they finally did, they would not refund my original shipping cost. A bad experience all the way!
I haven't tried this yet but at $85.00 for a 30 days supply I'm going to stay with my prescription as it's much less money than that. Also, the catch is don't expect results until you've taken them for at least two months. That's the catch as you're into them for $170 to find out whether it works or not. For me that's a scam because so many are in such pain they'll buy anything that offers relief. Been down this path before so for me it's not something I can afford to pop $170 and not have it work.
I started with the Relief Factor 3 week trail. It seemed to help with my back pain but when the next shipment came around it was late getting to me and I had to go a week without. Then when the 3rd shipment time came around it says it was shipped but after 3 weeks I still don't have it so again I'm w2 weeks without it now. Also the Trail package is 19.95 but then subsequent shipments with tax are $92.00, a hefty price. Their customer service is not very good either. I called but they said it's better to send an email since lines are all tied up. So I email about where my shipment might be and got no answer.
Product works VERY WELL to relieve my Arthritis pain. Have used this product since Sep 2016. After about 18months of daily use, my Arthritis was under such great control that I changed my monthly delivery to every other month. This company is very good about adjusting your delivery schedule and very helpful. They place the 4 Veggie Cap supplements into a small individual pouch so you always get the right things for each dose. You get 60 pouches with each delivery. GREAT THING is that you can try a 3 week TRIAL delivery for $19.95. I saw a great difference in one week. So, If you don't see a difference in 3 weeks, then maybe the various supplements in their recipe don't work for you. Only caution is that one of the ingredients, Turmeric, has an impact on blood thinning medicines, so if you are on a blood thinner, you shouldn't use anything with Turmeric in it. Relief Factor is well worth the monthly price. It is SO convenient to use the pouches, they can travel with me when I'm gone from home and they keep me organized and let me have a regular schedule of use.
