Not that they care otherwise they would invest in improving it. Why the Housing Authority of Savannah Georgia require non residents to use it baffles me. Rent Cafe is a nightmare to use. I spent an hour or more trying to log into the site. Had to change password several times. Chatpa over and over and over. The Housing Authority in Savannah Ga needs to find a more efficient and effective way to serve clients. Rentcafe is not it. Problem is none of these people and the companies they use care about anything but their own behinds, keeping their jobs and MONEY. Clients always have to deal with their neglect and incompetence.
It is very challenging to navigate on mobile which your forced to do. On the computer it’s limiting also it doesn’t allow for uploads. When I send messages they’re left unanswered for over 24 hours and longer. Not able to score any higher than 1 star. Hopefully I’m the only one.
