Review Time
This company was good for a couple of years. However, recently, they began charging $100 dollars for renters to pay their rent using a normal credit card transaction. It used to be $5, which was acceptable. However, it is just plain EVIL and DISGUSTINGLY GREEDY for the bass turds to charge $100.00 for a simple online transaction. They call it a "convenience fee". I call it a penalty for people who have no other reliable way to pay their rent. They saw this reality, and they exploited the poor, once again. I wish a pox upon their houses.
Search wasn't very accurate as to what I wanted and could afford. Emails had mostly stuff Way beyond my means. As far as my Recertification, most of it was fairly easy. However, Downloading the Documents was kind of confusing. Some of my neighbors who are way less tech savvy than I am would have a really hard time.Also, don't use the Rent payment part because it's Way Too Expensive for me to afford. I can pay my Rent, but those fees are Exorbitant!
