I am glad to have Rent Cafe back at The Lakes at Arrowhead Ranch apartments. It was a great and fantastic system when it was introduced. I had absolutely no problems with this app. I loved using it. Thank you for bringing it back DECRON. And, thank you Crickett and Arlene for sending out the friendly user e-mails on how to download the app. You guys are so awesome and you ROCK.
App versus webpage do not sync. I’ve sent emails for help. They get ignored. I want one login that covers both my current residence in Arizona and covers ALL my applications for Colorado. I’m very technical and it should be pretty easy!
I have been seeking affordable housing for myself and my grandson for several years now. Rent Cafe has been been a mixed bag of information regarding available apartments in my price range, most likely due to the tight housing market. Today I called a referral received from Rent Cafe this morning advertising a 2 bedroom apt for $850 - it seemed to be income restricted, but did not state it was income restricted housing. The person that I spoke to regarding the 2 bedroom apartment stated that this building had just been entered onto Rent Cafe, his company had just taken the building over, and he did not have knowledge of current availability or prices. Unfortunately, a lack of detailed and accurate information is common to all the rental web sites I check out.
