Rent cafe makes it easy to find apartment complexes that were not available on other sites, but the rentcafe site itself is slow and lags alot. Often times it does not load the pages. Definitely needs some work.

Rent Cafe makes it so easy!

I find paying my rent automatically is easy and worry-free. I also like the maintenance request part. I get a very quick reply that my request has been received and is being processed. On the maintenance site, there's a list of all my requests with a notation of "web" or "work completed".
