Automatic rent payment feature doesn’t work

You folks are nothing more than a god dam pain in the you know what- so much for scheduling automatic payments- duh- your service doesn’t work- I will probably get stuck brining a rent check- unbelievable- what a low quality low class company.

Among the worst websites I have ever used

Technically, their website is a complete disaster. Impossible to recover your password after being logged out, and that's if you even manage to make an account in the first place. Terrible support. Completely garbage.
