Product not delivered and hidden subscription, what a scam! And it's an AI responding, which is infuriating. I requested a refund for an undelivered product and asked to cancel the subscription, and they questioned me: I didn't receive the product, and I didn't want a subscription. In short, it’s disgraceful to exploit people's health; everything comes back to haunt you eventually.
Sorry to say, but I agree with some of the reviews that I've seen online: this product is a scam. I was really looking forward to using it and boosting my immunity. It did crap for me. I would highly recommend staying away from using this stuff. This was a public service message.
I never signed up for a subscription with the company. Not only did it take over a month for me to get the gels but then I was billed again before even receiving my first order. I reached out and asked for them to cancel the order and give me a refund as I never signed up for anything. They told me that was not an option because the order was processed. I asked them again to cancel the subscription. Well it’s been another month and guess what!! They billed me a THIRD time for the subscription. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Total scam of a company with garbage customer support.
Would not honor the 30 day or 90 day guarantee refund. Kept sending automatic shipments after I asked for a refund bone day after receipt. My dr. Said it was dangerous and could shut down my organs. Do not take! They will take your money and try to kill you.
Ordered then unfortunately read these reviews after receiving an email titled Hi Mrs. Tried to cancel and got mailer demon for email address. Had to click 6 times to cancel the subscription on their website and not convinced it’s worked so rang my bank. They have put the company on a Mastercard blocking list so they can’t take any more money so suggest to others you ask for this too.
Wife bought a pack of their "oregano oil" product, and their site is DEVIOUSLY designed so that you inadvertently sign up for a "repeat subscription".... with the Subscription tickbox ticked "yes" by default and hidden further down the page away from where the "buy now" button is. You would have to scroll down to find it.Repeated polite emails have been stonewalled with UTTER nonsense. Their website says "Easy to cancel at anytime" and "no quibble returns under the EU's 14 day cooling regs" BOTH claims are completely false as the company sends out template emails saying they will "manage your subscription" and also refuse returns as "they only accept returns on damaged goods" which is total nonsense, the EU's "14 days cooling off" legislation says NOTHING of the sort.Save yourselves from this utter SCAM company.... the other reviews below bear me out on that.
