Took longer than expected

The oregano softgels helped my digestion a bit, but it took longer than I hoped. I’ll keep trying since shipping was easy and fast, but I wanted quicker results.

Company not interested in customers

I ordered a 3 pack of oil of oregano capsules, arranged to have it sent to a inpost locker. Tracked the parcel but no delivery to the locker. Emailed resillia who did not respond so clearly happy to take your money and could nor care less whether the parcel arrives or not. Received an email 3 weeks later to say they had taken money from my bank for another delivery, managed to cancel the subscription which im assuming resillia automatically set up. Would not recommend this company at all. Did eventually get both of the packages but would never use again.

Take action and call your bank

Unfortunately my 75 year old mum ordered from this company. My brother and I try our best to keep her safe online. Part of this is keeping an eye on her emails (with her permission) and checking out anything she may order if it’s unfamiliar. Then it’s a case of checking out the company here. Alarm bells immediately rang and we tried to cancel but no luck. Therefore it was a case of speaking to her bank with her, explaining the situation and concerns of the company attempting to take money again for a subscription my mum hadn’t knowingly made. This has clearly worked, as mum recently had an email from Resilia stating they were having trouble taking payment and she needed to update her details! Absolutely no chance!My advice to anyone and/or relatives is to call your bank as soon as you can. This company is tricking people into subscriptions that are difficult to cancel. On top of this, their products are most definitely of terrible quality. Mum did receive the oregano oil and it went straight in the bin.

Scammers Avoid Avoid!

Scammers Avoid Avoid!! Placed a order for Oregano oil, tested 25 of them and there’s cooking oil. I have thrown them to the bin.BEAWARE!!!!! as soon as you place an order they keep sending every month and take money from your account without your permission
