My partner made a one-off purchase of oregano from Resilia. Without his consent or knowledge, they have signed him up for an unwanted “subscription” and have been taking money from his bank account ever since.We have contacted Resilia several times demanding they cancel any subscriptions and stop taking payments, but we’ve been ignored completely. What was meant to be a single purchase has turned into an unauthorised and ongoing scam.Even after cancelling the bank card, Resilia somehow managed to continue taking money. Our bank is now treating this as fraud and investigating.Avoid this company at all costs. What looks like a simple one-time order can quickly turn into a fraudulent subscription trap.
I should have checked complaints against this company before purchasing. This is a BIG TIME SCAM company and will give you the run around when trying to cancel, much like most of the people on here are talking about. The best hope to get them shut down is reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission or a Government Fraud Detection agency. A reminder to all, online scammers are everywhere on social media regardless of how professional their websites look. Also check first like here on Trustpilot to see if there are any complaints against them before purchasing.
I ordered oil of oregano once they signed me up for recurring shipments.I did not sign up for a subscription.When I called to cancel the subscription the person who answered said she couldn't cancel the subscription, she could only request that it be canceled.She would not allow me to speak to a supervisor or whoever is in charge of canceling the subscription.Be careful when you order from this company.I won't be buying anything from them again.
THIEVES, SCAMMERS, LIARS !Product never arrived and then they sent a second one that i didn't order and that didn't arrive either!!!!The Spanish customs stopped the deliveries as the product is not approved in Spain! Resila came up with all sorts of stupid excuses like my postcode was in a remote area etc. Anyway after many emails back and forth all AI orientated, they refunded me part of the second shipment.... they were not interested in refunding the first shipment as I had ordered it!! To cut a long story short these people are thieves and liars DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I have cancelled my card so they cant take any more payments. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU, READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS AS YOU CAN GATHER I DIDN'T AND GOT CAUGHT UP IN THIS S**T!
Biggest scam ever. Don't buy anything from this Company because you'll be bound to a monthly subscription without consciously having chosen for it. Very expensive product and not effective at all. Lots of side effects! Cheap stuff made in China for astronomical prices. Avoid!!
