Problems with the return process

The main issue is with the return process. They claim to offer refunds without questions, but they do not respond when a return is initiated. Shipping originates from California, but they require returns to be sent to Europe, which is quite expensive! We faced a lack of communication when requesting a refund, and we still haven’t received our money back. Additionally, they market the product for essential tremors, but it is clearly labeled for post-stroke use. Be cautious! This seems misleading!

I need to retract my earlier criticism...

I need to retract my earlier criticism of the service that I posted yesterday. I was frustrated with the unit's performance, but it turns out the issue was on my end. Initially, I tried to change it with the battery pack connected, but it needs to be disconnected for proper charging. Additionally, it was only running for a few seconds before shutting off because I was using it with my compression-socked feet (it had worked once, so I assumed it was faulty). However, when I used it with my bare feet, it functioned perfectly. I apologize for my previous comment; it works just fine, and the issue was mine.

The return policy is problematic

The return policy is problematic. They claim to offer refunds without questions, yet they don’t respond to return requests. They ship from a location in California, but require return shipping to Europe, which is very costly! We experienced a lack of communication after requesting a refund, and to this day, we have not received our money back. Additionally, they advertise the product for essential tremors, but the device is clearly intended for post-stroke use. Exercise caution! This seems deceptive!

Struggling to try the glove

I am unable to try the glove on my affected hand using my good hand. I'm still waiting for assistance to try it for the first time. However, I'm doubtful it will be beneficial even after I get the glove properly adjusted.

The product claims to help with foot drop, but it doesn't

The product claims to address foot drop after a stroke, but it does not deliver on that promise. I doubt its effectiveness for any of the claims listed on the website. Save your money.

Great results with the pad

I was initially uncertain about the pad, but after using it twice a day for about two weeks, I have seen fantastic results. My balance has improved significantly, my walking is more stable, and I have Parkinson’s. My steps are freezing much less now. Thank you!

Missing parts for the drop foot device

It seems that the parts for the drop foot device were not fully included. I have contacted the company multiple times regarding the missing 'pins' but have received no response. I want to return it for a refund because I am tired of dealing with this. It took two months to receive, and now I’m missing parts.

Feeling uncertain about the results

I ordered this foot massage mat for my dad, who has been dealing with Parkinson’s and diabetes for a long time. A neurologist mentioned he had previous symptoms of a stroke over the past five years, and he isn’t walking much these days. I practice with it once a day, but he needs to be on settings 4-5 to feel the electrical stimulation. I’m unsure if this will help, and I’m feeling skeptical.
