I need to retract my earlier criticism of the service that I posted yesterday. I was frustrated with the unit's performance, but it turns out the issue was on my end. Initially, I tried to change it with the battery pack connected, but it needs to be disconnected for proper charging. Additionally, it was only running for a few seconds before shutting off because I was using it with my compression-socked feet (it had worked once, so I assumed it was faulty). However, when I used it with my bare feet, it functioned perfectly. I apologize for my previous comment; it works just fine, and the issue was mine.
