I am happy that we found Resupply to help us connect with Horton Hauls junk to help us with transporting some furniture and other items that we were looking to donate. They were very friendly and got the job done efficiently. I liked that the app gave us a way to track the progress of the pickup and dropoff.
I requested a pick up of a sectional couch. I was quoted $135. When the 2 workers showed up, I was charged an additional $90 because they said it was 3 large items. How do you think a sectional couch is made? It’s never one piece. You misrepresent the cost.
