The delivery guys were great

The delivery guys were great. But the price was pretty unreasonable. Ended up being more than $200 for a beautiful hardwood desk to be taken to a dump. I could have used it for firewood, I guess. I don't have my finger on the pulse of furniture sales/shipping/removal. But golly, that was expensive. Also, if my review is "pending" does that imply you are cherry picking reviews? That's weak too. Probably won't do business with you again.

Efficient, but not gentle

The drivers came on time and worked quickly. I received frequent updates. The drivers were professional. My only gripe is that they were not gentle with the furniture and left behind some parts (e.g., legs for an armchair)

Too expensive!

A person should not have to pay close to $200.00 to donate to charity. I will just throw it away next time instead paying money to pick up the items. Too expensive!

Waste of money
Great service donate large items

Great service to use to donate large items, furniture, to a charity. Cost is very reasonable and worth it to have the item removed from your home. Very timely and accurate updates on schedule and arrival. Will use again.
