The original pricing was good with me, however at the end, it doubled in price and I paid it rather than starting all over. A very large armoire was called (2) items instead of (1) item, even though I described it honestly when I first contacted the office. The bed frame was changed from (1) piece to (2) pieces because it had a headboard and a footboard. I’ve used this company before and didn’t have this issue with them.
I never had to pay to have furniture picked up that was being donated. The transaction went smoothly with a lot of communication BUT I was charged more than the price I was quoted. That was unfair and I feel I was lied to. Why did I have to pay a $50 recycling charge? I only had 3 items for pick up and didn’t include anything besides what I quoted on my form. The driver said I would be getting the $50 back after the charity got the goods but I haven’t received any refund yet. Plus the $10 booking fee should have gone into the total I was quoted. I would never recommend your company to anyone or use you again. Very disappointed.
