I ordered some items from the The Big Comfy Couch 30th anniversary edition items from here on August 29th and now it is February 5th of 2026! I emailed their customer service line, back in December 2025, asking where my order is and they claim that everything is considered preordered and they will start shipping out Dec. 12th. So I figured okay maybe a week or two late for Christmas which sucks since these items were going to be for my sister’s children. Well, fast forward to today, 5 months later and I have not received any updates, and no apologies regarding my order. Arguably worst online store I have dealt with, worse than SHEIN AND TEMU HANDS DOWN. If I’m able to update this, we will see if I ever will receive my order.
The sweaters feel low-quality, with designs that seem poorly applied and likely to peel after washing. I never received my order despite receiving an email promising shipment by a specific date, which was later than the original date. After that, my emails went unanswered. It appears they are removing comments on social media from others facing the same shipping issues, which raises further concerns. Instead of addressing the problem, they seem focused on silencing feedback.

I really can't comprehend the negative reviews about this service. I've placed multiple orders for exclusive items like dolls, t-shirts, and blankets, and every single one has exceeded my expectations. I understand that pre-orders might come with delays, and I appreciate their unique products that resonate with nostalgia. I fully trust them and have never needed to return anything because I'm thrilled with all my purchases.
I ordered two shirts and waited nearly two months to receive them. When I reached out after a few weeks, they informed me that the size I ordered was out of stock. After reordering a different size, I faced further delays and confusion about stock availability. Eventually, the shirts arrived, but they were of poor quality, thin fabric, and the prints looked like they would crack after minimal wear.
Update: I finally received my order today, but not by the promised date. If I could rate lower than zero, that would be fitting. I placed an order months ago and was charged immediately. After months with no delivery, I contacted them, only to be told my items were set to ship much later than expected. Now, even after the new date has passed, I still have no confirmation of shipping.
I got a cute canvas bag with a fantastic design printed on it. The quality of the canvas is good, and communication was positive. Although I had some initial concerns, I’m glad I went ahead with the purchase. I would definitely buy from this service again.
