They use delivery partners who simply toss the package onto the floor and then claim delivery occurred, even forging signatures for 'proof of delivery.' My package never showed up, and they refuse to refund me due to the forged signatures that supposedly confirm receipt. A total waste of 50€, and I won't be using their service again. I can't recommend them.
This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. They claim that their product is 100% silk. I found out it is actually spandex...a cheap synthetic material. They are very deceptive about this and that is why there are no labels on the product with details of the material. Also, their sizing is totally off and doesnt not correlate with their sizing guide chart. When i confronted them they blocked me and are no longer replying. So much for their money-back guarantee. AVOID!

When trying to return because of the above, they have refused until I ship them back to China.5. There is no way that they have 175k + positive reviews.Absolute sham of a company!
These are silky but there is no indication by labeling on the underwear what they’re actually made of, and they fit terribly—extremely small. I ordered extra large because I like my underwear slightly oversized, and they fit like smalls. I absolutely do not recommend these underwear.
