My “Medium” Revolt underwear was definitely on the “Large” side. I contacted them for a smaller size (if they did one) or a refund. I was asked for a photo of the “Medium” label, which I duly provided. But then it just been radio silence despite me prompting them for an update.So much for their 45 day money back guarantee “If you’re not satisfied for any reason”
EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with my order. I Ordered 5 pairs of their "Silk" boxers, but "Silk" is debatable, they feel more like a stretchy Polyester Satin fabric.The construction of the Boxers I received is NOTHING AT ALL like the ones marketed on their site. The marketing photos show some quite nice stitching detail to the pouch, with a well defined pouch to support the crown jewels. The marketing photos also show that the boxers are constructed with side seams, and a seem at the centre of the rear of the boxers, however NONE OF THIS was replicated in the boxers that I received. No pouch to hold my jewels, no side seems, ass crack seam, or centre pouch seam. Mine are a one piece design, without ANY of the quality manufacturing details and features pictured on the website.I relayed my complaint to the company, and requested a return, under their "45 day no quibble guarantee" they responded quickly to be fair, but I was informed that if I wanted to return them for a full refund, then that would be at MY OWN expense, to send them back to China, DESPITE the products not being as described, and this could cause serious delays while items are checked, or if items are lost in transit. So they offered me an alternative of a 50% refund, and I got to keep the boxers. But even at half the price, they are way over priced in my opinion, due to the REALLY POOR manufacturing quality.So buyers beware, what you received may bear NO RESEMBLANCE to what you see marketed on the website. And customer support, although swift, is not what THEY would like you to think.Needless to say, I will NEVER buy from these CON MERCHANTS and SCAMMERS again. If I could give MINUS 5 stars, that is EXACTLY what I would give this company. Their products are absolute TRASH, don't be taken in by all the POSITIVE AI generated reviews from BOTS. Mine is a REAL review, and a REAL experience. They should be named "REVOLTing" because that is exactly what these boxers are, at least in my experience.
I just received my order....I love them! They fit perfect & feel great! I hope they stand-up to use overtime, will wash as instructed. I would like them that much more if you were put a slit where the pouch is to eliminate having to pull the waste band down for access. The delivery was great...even with a Canada Post strike in place! Thanks for couriering the order to me.! I will be back to purchase more!
Customer service is second to none, After placing my first initial order I realised they were slightly bigger than i had taught. They quickly resolved my order and arranged a new order to be sent out As for quality these are the softest and most comfortable boxers i have ever worn and will be replacing my usual CK boxersVery happy customer
Not 100% pure silk! The product description is misleading and this is what many companies do to cut costs. This is a blend of synthetic fabrics as well. And for someone like myself who is trying to switch to all natural products this was a big disappointment.
