The underwear fits great! The quality is top notch! I've ordered twice and been very pleased both times. I was very impressed by the fast shipping. Their tracking software was the best I've seen in a long time. I was also impressed that there were no surprise charges, as often happens with China-sourced goods. The most incredible 'sleeping short' I have ever had the pleasure to wear. I haven't tried them as underwear because I like a bit more control on the boys, but for sleeping it is like being the Emperor of China. Just incredibly comfortable and wifey loves the look. I'm not ready to get the morning paper in them, but they are certainly a step up from tighty-whiteys. Quality is over the top.
Scam. The items delivered do not match the illustrated or described items. The cut and style is different and not good. They do not correct their errors and their 45 day guarantee is nonsense and is worthless. False advertising, they item you receive will not be as described and poor fit that doesn't align with their description.
Company sent wrong size. I requested return or exchange and heard back immediately. I sent the details they requested, then nothing. No response to follow up emails. They don’t provide company details, a phone number or an address. It’s been two weeks. Judging by other reviews the company is a scam. Avoid
This underwear fits terribly, with no support for "the boys" and a very short inseam - these are not boxer briefs, they are short trunks. Most importantly, they say that if they "don't fit or feel right" they will refund - no questions asked. This is a lie. They have refused to refund for the two pairs I bought - one was worn - by claiming that the gurantee only applies to unworn pairs! They also lie on their website, claiming that they have over 4000 5 star reviews on Trustpilot - this website- which actually has only one review - and it's also 1 star! dO NOT BUY!!!
Would give negative stars but that is not an option here. Never got my order, tracking info showed it went from Memphis to Arizona and back twice. Company response to emails was to connect with their (unnamed) shipping "partner." They still refuse to give a refund and they took my money more than 30 days ago. Do not order--this is a scam! If these reviews don't convince you, Google it. Lots of folks like me got ripped off by this crook company.
