It's a great idea, but...

It's a great idea, if the results are accurate. No way to tell. However, the company is NOT AT ALL clear that you are paying for a subscription. By the time you see the $19.99 charge on your credit card, the 30 day cancellation period will have ended. There is no information on a subscription plan on the website. I had to text with the chatbot to find out about the subscription plan and how to downgrade to $5.99 per month. I would be curious to know if anyone has received a test result that is not NORMAL for everything on the test strip.

Instructions on how the program works…

Instructions on how the program works is not clear, I had to really search their policies to find where it said it would be a reoccurring charge, still haven’t found it come to think of it. Instructions on how to use the strips worked great, other than that not user friendly at all, because they have your credit card!
