I bought this product out of organ health curiosity. No where in my purchase process did it mention a subscription. I’ve been charged multiple times for $20 before realizing I was signed up for the subscription. I’ve seen many reviews stating the same thing. This is an incredibly deceptive business practice. I only give this two stars due to the good feedback I received after doing a test. Their customer support did not help with my questions on the subscription, just sent copy paste replies on how to cancel my subscription. Do not recommend.
Made an initial purchase and then they started making recurring monthly charges on my credit card when they were not providing any type of serviceI made numerous attempts to cancel the ongoing fees directly with ribbon, but they were unresponsive. Ended up having to dispute with Visa. This company is a scam
If you purchase anything from this company, they put you on a automatic withdraw for $20/month. You should not have to read the fine print of a contract to figure all of this out. Just be upfront about your product! DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It's just a 10 panel urine test that you can buy anywhere.
