This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. They advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee but when you actually try to use it, they completely ignore you. I reached out well within the 30-day window, but they stalled, delayed, and refused to respond until after the 30 days passed. Then they conveniently claimed I was no longer eligible for a refund. It’s nothing more than a dishonest tactic to keep your money. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their so-called guarantee is a joke. Save yourself the headache—stay away and take your business elsewhere.

Never delivered the kit. but somehow enrolled me in sub plan and proceeded to bill me monthly. When I caught on and asked them to stop reimbursement of past charges was declined. Super scammy. If you are a legit business op you do not play games to make pure profit without delivering any services.

Part 2. Months ago I wrote because I had ordered a two pack. I used one and then waited until I felt I needed to use it again, which was a few months later I used it, but when I went to said I had used up my two I did not. I wrote a complaint. I did get a response that said we will return your money but not how to get my money returned so I wrote that back today.
