It has been a WEEK and I am still waiting on my "instant" redemption. I have reached out several times and I get the same answer - I am starting to believe it is not a "live agent" but a Bot ... this is the worst platform - very deceiving ... last "agent" I chatted with said let me check with the manager about your delay - then nothing for 33 mins and I received an end transcription through my email - then I replied to the chat with a ??? and she replied with please wait a moment - so I said that's what you said 30 mins ago and you ended the chat and no reply ..... still waiting for a response and my "instant" redemption as they claim - will never play on this platform again! Nor will I refer anyone else to them!!!

I would have gave this site 5 stars when I started playing! It was great! I gave them money bought almost ever daily offer , redeemed many times almost instantly every time, I’ve referred 430 users to this site and easily could bring them many more but I absolutely will not promote this site anymore! I’ve verified every card and my id many times , and now every single redemption is taking longer and longer , yet my neighbor a new player redeemed and got it instantly while I’m going on 8 hrs waiting for just $200 that was won from my commissions ! As for support they aren’t helpful at all and just repeat the same bs every few minutes and some are just rude !I won’t deposit another dime here and just to throw it out there I’m gold vip and don’t see any benefits of it at all.
