I wish I could give a zero rating. The website claimed I was buying a hardback and even stated that delivery would occur in one week. Total scam. They sent me an ebook and claim they can't process a return. I'm unsure how to pursue this through small claims court.
This site is just as deceptive as others, with no mention of the ebook until I followed up with them. I've disputed the transaction with my bank. Their response claims I am confused about my order. Thankfully, I have a screenshot proving I ordered a hardcover.
It’s a scam!! Do not use!Same story as the other reviewers. Ordered two books advertised as hardbacks that would be posted free of charge but get a download link in the confirmation of order! It’s a real con. I have emailed the company for a refund and will update when / if they reply.
Should have checked here first .. exact same, advertised as a hard copy of a book .. I even have photo evidence .. but sent as an ebook .. which I can do nothing with as it's for my mum and she doesn't do e-books. I have emailed them and currently waiting for a reply .. will update review on reply from the company.

Same as all the others, purchased a book advertised as hardback, no email confirmation received, and definitely no ebook either.Several emails sent complaining and I have just been told to check my spam. Ordered a hardback book and provided billing and delivery address. Received order confirmation with a download link to an ebook which was not an option when ordering. Emailed them to say I ordered a hardback book. They replied that I ordered an ebook. I have documentary evidence that I did not order an ebook. I will be requesting a refund but Warn You NOT to Use This Company
