I wish I had read these honest reviews as I have had exactly the same experience. I thought I had ordered a hardback book on their site with free shipping however on chasing up anticipated delivery was advised it was an e book and they don’t sell actual books! Nowhere on their site is this explained. It has taken lengthy email correspondence for them to respond and confirm I can request a refund. This I have done but I’m not holding my breath!UPDATE refund received.
I purchased a book and when I got the order through, it included a link. I found this odd so I contacted the company to ask when the book would be arriving. They said that I have purchased an ebook and would not be getting a physical book. There is no mention anywhere on the website of it being an ebook, the email confirmation does not mention ebook (only indication is the link), it states that they are giving free delivery, the terms and conditions tell you the time scales for actual delivery and still no mention of ebook.
