I am a dealer and was very impressed with the customer service offered for both me and my customer. I was walked through every step to make sure i got all the paper work done correctly. Once all paper work was turned in I got funded almost immediately.
I had a few problems with the website, and gave them a bad review. They went out of their way to help me and even waved the fee for paying over the phone, but they do charge a fee for payments over the phone. I would give them at least 4 stars but for for this issue.
Communication is key with these kind of deals and Roadrunner is the best. It's great to be able to send a message and not have to pick up the phone! The Octane Platform is great and everything just works! Our customers love the Docusign forms - so easy! A pleasure to do business with!
We use Roadrunner Financial everytime a customer wants to finance a product that we sell. The convenience of knowing an answer of approval in minutes is what its all about. The ease of having all the documents sent to our email is very convenient as well. We can essentially have a prime customer in and out in about 15 minutes. With other company's it doesnt work like that.
