Many sub-prime lenders promised much, provided zilch. Roadrunner Financial, however, is different. As a matter fact, they are one of our top 3 lenders! Excellent platform, great communication with the lending team, great followup, and very fast funding!
I have been trying for weeks to make a payment on the website. The only other choice is to pay over the phone for an extra fee. I have even called and was told that you cant use your cell phone. So I logged onto a computer and the woman on the phone had me clicking on obscure parts of pages to advance. "Ok, click on the red dot above the guy in the blue shirt". I finally got my account created but the website wouldn't advance to the screen to make my payment. It is by far the WORST website I have ever encountered.
I’m sure this is a good company to work with if you are a dealer. As far as being a consumer absolutely terrible. If you make the payment the day after it’s due they are calling you asking for the payment. Like really what if someone was busy. You expect everyone to pay you the day of and use auto pay but getting good customer service is like pulling teeth. I also really hope your not expecting to improve your credit with this company because since January they have had every excuse as to why they aren’t reporting to the credit agencies. I love my can am but it’s not worth dealing with them.
