Review Time
My experience with roadrunner, one minute I was approved and the next minute I wasn't. The reason they claimed they did not approve me was because they said they couldn't verify secondary income for me, although my biggest portion of income was verified and they approved me at first. They claimed they needed to verify the secondary. They denied me when it is stated on numerous vehicle applications that you don't have to disclose secondary income but it can be used/considered.This was after they had dealership send all of my documents which included my driver's license, so I still stand by my belief.
I think the concept of the process being faster is great. But I think some of the processes are clunky and very time consuming. Verifying income take quite a while. I think having all underwriters and funding department's on the same page would be helpful.
Would have been 5 star, since they do give immeidate responses on approvals and deal structuring and contracting are great. HOWEVER, over the last several weeks, almost coinciding with their BRP Leasing and BRP affiliation, they are miserably slow on clearing stips, especially POI. This is worth 2 stars to the rating, as it slows down Finance, the customer, the sales staff, affects customer satisfaction, etc. 100% unacceptable. Staff up, and get it done.
