Disappointing. I purchased this before trying another option, and the alternative ended up being far superior. While both companies are Asian, the other one could actually communicate effectively and provide clear instructions, which was not the case here. The quality of this product clearly reflects its low price. It seems designed to take advantage of those who may not do thorough research. I highly recommend going with the alternative options; they are also from Asia but are significantly better. It makes no sense to try to save money when you'll likely end up needing to buy another product due to failure or realization of its poor performance. If that’s your mindset, maybe you shouldn’t own a luxury vehicle. Additionally, be wary of the positive reviews; I was offered compensation to write a favorable one. I genuinely wanted to give this a chance, but their refusal to accept a return within the designated period completely changed my opinion.

This upgrade for my 2015 Mini is fantastic! I never considered upgrading to Carplay due to anticipated costs, but this affordable device changed my mind. It arrived quickly and was easy to install in about an hour. CarPlay works seamlessly on my older Mini, just like it does on newer models.
