I would strongly urge you not to use this Company. I believe it to be operating dishonestly. I have emailed them expressing my dissatisfaction and to date have received no reply. The vacuum was slow to be delivered and, whilst tracking was provided, something about it aroused my suspicions. The vacuum sent was a Leictroux model and nothing about the boxing and accompanying booklet made mention of Robotus. I looked at the product on the Leictroux website and found the Company was selling it for almost £100 less than Robotus Co UK. It saddens me that there are so many greedy, dishonest and immoral people in the world. Shame on you Robotus!
I previously put up a review saying this was a scam website, I since received the hoover which is a lectroeux or some such model rebranded, the robot hoover does work, but its mapping functions don't really work, the mopping function that appears o the website isn't what you get, it's not at all the sleek "smart" product the website represents. It's from china, it's very basic, I would have been ok paying €100 maybe as it does work and sweeps well and deals with rugs and furniture and other obstacles but it most certainly is not worth €350 AND I think I was lucky it came at all. 100% avoid this site
DO NOT BUY & DO YOUR RESEARCH.My mother fell victim to this website, it is rather well crafted, rebranding a Liectroux robot vacuum as their own.Nevertheless, we did actually receive the robot vacuum, it took a while from China, but we did not want it, and requested a refund - the owner of the website did reply initially but has been radio silence for over a week. As for the robot vacuum itself... it's not worth the £250, and we are stuck with it now as there is no way to get our money back if the owner is no longer responding.
Bought a remote vacuum from what I thought was a UK company. On reflection, I should have checked the website robotus UKThere is no where available to cancel the order once placed, query the order etc. When a confirmation email appeared today, it shows the company is based in China.I’ve raised a dispute with AMEX as believe I’ve been misled when buying this product. Don’t buy from this company (any reviews are probably paid influencers). I’ll be going to the small claims court to get a judgement from either the company or AMEX (who didn’t flag to me this was a company based in China, not the U
This site appears to be a well constructed Chinese scam. Took my money. Nothing. No replies to any emails to their ‘support’ addressEverything about it, including apparent uk website, ‘independent’ review site is nonsenseStay away!!
I bought a robotic vacuum cleaner as it said uk, I thought it would be easy to return if I needed to. The appliance is completely useless, it gets stuck on furniture, which implies any sensors are faulty or not working at all. It lifts very little mainly just dust and now I want to return it I have to post it to hong Kong and pay for the postage. Please do not buy this appliance you will waste £250
