I just canceled and I advise caution with this service. It fails to cancel subscriptions properly and often charges hidden fees without assistance. I've tried to cancel, but despite their claims, I’m still being billed. I'd rather pay those subscriptions directly than pay for this service.
I received fantastic assistance from two representatives. I had trouble accessing my account due to a phone number change, which was sending codes to my old number. Thankfully, they helped me resolve it. It was quite stressful, but overall, the service was valuable. They could improve on updating information, but this was my experience—give them a try.
This app is a complete nightmare! They promised to save me money on my bill, but instead locked me into a longer contract at a higher rate—$86/month instead of my previous $80! They even charged me $200 for this so-called 'negotiation.' This is a total rip-off! Now I'm stuck for years with no escape, and they think they can charge me for this mess? I'm reporting them to the authorities and warning others to stay away. Avoid this app at all costs!
Do not ever sign up! I didnt even sign up for it charging my account call their customer service number I have to email someone! What happened to disputing things over the phone! You took my money from my account so I should have a say how I get my money back!!!
Wow, what a bait and switch. Signed up and it gave me a "price" for a subscription and I immediately indicated with bullet choice that this was too expensive. Came back with a cheaper price. I indicated again it was too expensive. I then decided before going further that this wasn't for me. Today I see a charge for $10.63 for a PREMIUM subscription. BS. I got online and attempted to cancel and up pops a screen saying "chat with us by clicking here" or email to "emailaddress". The chat link is dead or inactive....and unusable. The email link doesn't work and when i copied and pasted in my email and composef a nice long letter to vent my frustration, the damn email gets returned as undeliverable. It is a joke of a service.
It seemed fine until they claimed to lower my Spectrum monthly amount and actually increased it. Months later they tried to lower it again and claimed that my bill was going up to $169 and they lowered it to $159. Not true. My amount was $154 and they just increased it to $159. And they had the audacity to charge my checking account $103.11. Be very careful with these folks!
Initially I loved Rocket Money. I started at around $11 per month. Just in a few days of continuous issues, I realized that it kept kicking me out of Premium membership and it repeatedly lost all my setup. Their pricing is cheap - they allowed me to go Premium at $6 per month. However you simply keep repeating the setup and can barely use the software. Quite crappy to say the least. I am putting todays date as this review does not allow me to put a period. This has been my experience ever since I started to use this product
