I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Rose Farmers, and especially to recognize their exceptional customer service team.I received a dozen roses from a friend for my birthday, and unfortunately, after only a couple of days they began to droop and decline. In fact, when I first opened the box, the roses already appeared to be in distress. I removed the damaged petals, trimmed the stems, and placed them in water, hoping they would revive—but they did not.I reached out to Rose Farmers to share my concerns, and I was truly impressed by how quickly and kindly their customer service team responded. Within just a few days, they sent a replacement that went above and beyond my expectations. Not only are the new roses absolutely gorgeous and vibrant, but receiving two dozen roses was such a thoughtful and generous surprise.Their willingness to stand behind their product and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction completely changed my experience. Because of this, I now feel very confident recommending Rose Farmers to friends and family.Thank you again for your professionalism, generosity, and commitment to quality. The best rose farm!

I ordered 24 roses with a vase as a gift for my son’s Christmas table. They were spectacular! Vibrant red and white roses. All appropriately packed too. They were all big head and vibrant in color. Buying straight from this rose farm is the best way to go! Thank you so much!!

Update: I want to give credit that RoseFarmers reached out to me directly and they fixed my issue as best they could. I am understanding that the delay was caused by a flight issue and I appreciate the replacement flowers they sent on top of the refund noted below. Thank you. --------------------------------------------------------------They never arrived and the customer service was quick to give me a refund, however it felt like this happens all of the time . I appreciate the refund but sending flowers as a gift that never arrive creates its own problem. I wouldn’t trust this company to deliver if you ar sending a gift as it may turn out like it did for me.

Sheer Perfection!!

One of my dear classmates, beginning in 2nd grades, moms 80th bday was near. I wanted to send her flowers, since I couldn't attend the festivities. Being on a fixed income, I checked to see if Groupon had any deals. Thank God Rosefarmers was listed. I went through the seamless ordering process, then realized I wasn't asked about a card. I sent an inquiry via their support email. I was expecting a reply within 2hrs. To my surprise, they replied immediately. They explained the next day delivery process, then offered a solution so that a card could indeed be included. Including a card would delay the delivery date, but they could definitely accommodate my request. To my surprise, they not only refunded the overnight fee, but added additional roses to my delivery. Neither of which was expected. Not only did the recipient cry at delivery, but the Rose's were the most beautiful roses I've ever seen!! Not only that, in addition to the superior customer, I'll NEVER look elsewhere for my floral needs. I cant express how impressed I was with the entire process- start to finish. Rosefarmer, ill be a loyal customer for life!!!!!

Rose Farmers has exceptional customer…

Rose Farmers has exceptional customer service and their roses are to die for. Since finding them on Grouon years ago I have sent probably over 30 dozen roses to multiple friends and family. Who doesn't like getting a dozen, or two or three, or ten of absolutely the most gorgeous fresh long stem roses. Better than chocolate as a gift.
